Corey opened Swift Automotive in January 1997, leaving his previous employer with 11 years of automotive mechanical and management experience to fulfill his dream of running his own repair shop. Word of mouth quickly spread about Swift Automotive which forced Corey to bring on his wife Sheri and another mechanic to accommodate the increasing number of customers. The business soon grew too big for the small two bay shop so Corey relocated the business to its current location and added additional employees.
